ARRHES :
Les réservations
ne sont considérées fermes qu’accompagnées
d’un acompte équivalent à 30 % du montant
total du séjour pour un séjour de plus de 3 nuits
; 50 % du montant total pour un séjour de 2 nuits ; 100
% pour une nuitée. Concernant les réservations
de groupe, la totalité du
séjour sera demandée.
ANNULATION :
- Le montant total des arrhes sera conservé dans
le cas ou l’annulation de la réservation surviendrait
moins de 30 jours avant la date prévue de l’arrivée.
- Tout séjour écourté entrainera le règlement
de l’intégralité de la réservation initiale,
et ce, à titre de dédommagement.
- Pour
les réservations de dernière minute (réservation à moins de 30 jours de la date
d’arrivée), la totalité des arrhes sera conservé quelque soit la cause de l’annulation.
NO SHOW :
La totalité du séjour sera facturée
par l’hôtel à titre de dédommagement
si le client ne se présente pas à la date prévue
sans nous en avoir avisé.
DEPOSIT GARANTEE :
For a one night stay, the totality
of this one will be required; 50 % of the
total amount for a 2 night’s stay and 30 % of the total
amount from 3 nights
stay.
Regarding a group booking, the totality of the stay will be required.
CANCELLATION :
- In case of cancellation 30 days before the arrival day in the
hotel, deposit
will be giving back. Beyond these 30 days time limit, the deposit
won’t be
refund.
- For any shortened stay, the payment of the totality of the initial
booking
will be charged in compensation.
NO SHOW :
In case of no show and if there is not any information of cancellation,
the
total of the stay will be invoiced by the hotel.
